FAQs

When should I send Christmas cards?
Most people mail Christmas cards from late November through mid-December so they arrive just when the season is in full swing. With Postable, you can schedule early and rest easy knowing they’ll arrive before the carols and cookie swaps begin.
What do you write in a Christmas card?
Start with a classic like “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.” Then add a family update, share a favorite tradition, or write a thoughtful note. Postable makes it easy to personalize your Christmas cards with messages that feel genuine.
Where can I order Christmas cards to be mailed for me?
At Postable. You design the card, and we handle the heavy lifting. We print, address, stamp, and mail your Christmas cards so they arrive polished and festive without you leaving the couch.
Who has eco-friendly Christmas cards?
Postable has eco-friendly Christmas cards printed on 100% recycled paper. You can choose from hundreds of festive designs, and Postable takes care of printing, stamping, and mailing so your cards look great while staying sustainable.
What are the most common mistakes on Christmas cards?
A big one is adding an apostrophe to your family name. It should be “The Johnsons,” not “The Johnson’s.” If your name ends in S, CH, SH, X, or Z, add “es,” like “The Joneses.” Postable makes it easy to personalize your cards correctly so they look polished.
How do I organize my Christmas card list?
You can upload your addresses in bulk or share a link so friends and family can add their info themselves. Postable stores your address book securely, making next year’s Christmas card sending even easier.
Can I send Christmas cards to clients or coworkers?
Yes. Christmas cards are a thoughtful way to thank clients and spread cheer at work. Just upload your mailing list and Postable will handle the rest so you never have to lick a single envelope.
Do Christmas cards have to include a photo?
Not at all. Many people choose illustrated or non-photo Christmas cards. Postable offers hundreds of artist-designed options, with or without photos, so you can pick whatever style feels right for you.
