How long does it take?
Depending on the number of requests it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours. I'd allot 24 hours just to be safe. You will be notified by email when the card is ready and waiting in your account.

When will my cards be mailed?
Most AI cards are ready within 20 minutes to 24 hours depending on demand. Once your card is ready, you can customize it, add recipients, and have it mailed right away. Cards are printed and mailed within 1-2 business days after you place your order.
Can I use my own design or logo?
Absolutely! You can upload your own photos and images to use as a starting point for your AI-generated card. Our AI will incorporate your images into unique, personalized card designs.
How do I import my contacts?
You can import contacts from a CSV file, your phone's address book, or by sharing your free Postable address book link with friends and family. They'll fill in their own addresses so you don't have to track them down.
Can you send the cards to me instead?
Yes! While we normally address, stamp and mail the cards directly to your recipients, you can also have them shipped to you in a box. Just select "Ship to me" during checkout.
Are your cards eco-friendly?
Yes. All of our cards are printed on luxe, 100% post-consumer recycled paper. We're committed to sustainability and minimizing our environmental footprint.
